Nearly all TZero personnel are former Air Force officers with experience in government program management, acquisitions, and national security space programs, including the NRO. They have also supported more than 40 commercial space companies, blending government, commercial, programmatic, and technical experience—a combination rare in the small satellite industry.
TZero provides comprehensive services spanning the entire launch lifecycle, from launch service procurement and contract negotiation to launch campaign planning and execution, spacecraft interface coordination, and range safety documentation. As a Launch Service Integration Contractor (LSIC), TZero coordinates across the ecosystem of launch stakeholders, including launch providers, spacecraft manufacturers, program offices, regulators, and range safety authorities.
Their team also delivers specialized hardware and integration support, such as satellite fueling, separation systems, sequencing hardware, and mechanical ground support equipment—ensuring missions move efficiently from design to liftoff.
TZero has supported over 40 launch campaigns worldwide, including major U.S. ranges like Cape Canaveral, Vandenberg, Wallops Island, Kodiak, Kauai, and Spaceport America, as well as international sites including Baikonur, Vostochnyy, Sriharikota, Kourou, and Tanegashima. Their work spans a wide range of launch vehicles—Delta IV, Atlas V, Falcon 9, Minotaur, Antares, Electron, Ariane 5, Vega, PSLV, H-IIA, and H-III.
Among their notable achievements is the Emirates Mars Mission, a 1,500 kg spacecraft successfully launched from Japan in 2020. This breadth of experience allows TZero to anticipate challenges, coordinate across diverse launch environments, and support both classified and commercial missions effectively.
TZero brings extensive expertise navigating regulatory and international processes. As a registered launch support broker with the U.S. State Department, the company is well-versed in ITAR/EAR compliance, FAA commercial launch licensing, Technical Assistance Agreements, Technology Safeguard Agreements, and Missile Technology Control Regime compliance. They have also worked with partner nations—including Peru and India—on spaceport development, policy, and launch support initiatives.
